It looks like the exporting of the songs in Rock Band is live and available for when Rock Band 2 comes out. It will set you back $5 to do the export. Now you may be looking at this a saying isn't something missing. You would be correct. Here are the songs that didn't make the export list:

"Enter Sandman" by Metallica, "Paranoid" by Black Sabbathhttp, "Run to the Hills" by Iron Maiden (cover) and "Monsoon" by Tokio Hotel (a DLC song from the European disc).
